Job Description:

Collaboration and solutions with some of our biggest customers. Work with data streams and APIs to provide enhanced automation capabilities. Build tools to alleviate support bottlenecks. Proactively monitor for improvement opportunities. Enhance scalability and performance across the platform.

• Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions
• Work with data streams and APIs to enable automation
• Build tools to alleviate support bottlenecks
• Proactively monitor for improvement opportunities
• Enhance scalability and performance across the platform

• 5+ years working in SaaS platforms & technologies
• Experience with RESTful APIs or microservices
• Familiarity with Scrum / Agile Methodologies
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git / SVN)
• Proficiency working with event streams or message queues (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Practical exposure to APM and monitoring tools (New Relic, Wavefront, Vivid Cortex)

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent.
