• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and frontend components for Pitch Book platform.
• Write well‑designed, testable, and efficient code that meets product requirements, coding standards, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Deliver end‑to‑end small projects with little to no guidance.
• Support production applications through deployment, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Apply AI automation to improve development, testing, and delivery efficiency.
• Model company values by encouraging desired behaviors.
• Participate in company initiatives as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Java.
• 4+ years of experience building web services with Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
• 4+ years of experience with frontend development (React, Redux, micro‑front‑end architecture).
• Proficient in RESTful API design.
• Experience with Kafka, relational databases (MSSQL, Postgres), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Competitive base salary: $160,000–$210,000.
• Target annual bonus: 10%.
