Software Engineering Manager (Full time Equity Only)
About Fact Finders Pro (FFP):
Fact Finders Pro (FFP) is dedicated to combating disinformation and fostering a trustworthy digital landscape. We empower individuals, communities, and organizations with tools to discern facts from fake news.
Responsibilities- Manage a growing engineering organization consisting of multiple teams.
- Define and drive team charter, vision, and strategy.
- Grow the engineering organization by hiring top talent and developing existing talent.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Lead the development and delivery of networking technologies across all of Microsoft businesses, including Azure, Windows and Office.
- Grow a devops culture with a focus on making customers successful and improving developer productivity.
- Hands-on coding to a degree that enables effective development, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting with the team.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software & AI engineering patterns (Dev Sec Ops , Agentic, MCP, etc.)
- BS in Computer Science or 5+ years of experience in systems programming.
- Must have coding, debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of systems software
- Solid architectural skills backed up by implementation experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A track record of solid results across multiple ship cycles
- Experience with networking protocols and architecture
- Thorough understanding of modern computer architectures found in desktop PCs and servers, including networking.
