The mission of our AML team is to push the next-generation AI infrastructure and recommendation platform for the ads ranking, search ranking, live & ecom ranking in our company. We also drive substantial impact on core businesses of the company. Currently, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer in MLDev (Machine Learning System) to join our team to support and advance that mission.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a global-scale machine learning system for feeds, ads and search ranking models.
- Build a flexible and easy-to-use Machine Learning development API framework.
- Collaborate with model teams and provide general solutions to meet their requirements.
- Convert high-level ML models into formats that can run efficiently on different hardware, and optimize performance.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Python/C/C++ with solid programming skills.
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow/PyTorch).
- Capable of using compiler development tools such as MLIR, LLVM, and parallel computing platform such as CUDA.
- Familiar with common machine learning models (MLP/Word Embedding/Transformer).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in GPU performance optimization.
- Experience in developing and deploying large-scale systems.
- Experience contributing to an open sourced machine learning framework (Tensor Flow/PyTorch).
- Base salary range: $198,360 – $416,100 annually.
- Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location, and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
