Job Description
Should have at least 12+ years of IT experience in Data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI model development.
- Developing expertise in Generative AI; experience with generative models and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Proficiency in programming; write robust code in Python (preferred) or another language.
- Demonstrated knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), zero-shot (ZSL), multishot prompting, other prompt engineering approaches, common AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), GIT, Docker and vector databases.
- Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS Sage Maker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) and APIs.
- Proficiency in using and configuring Linux systems.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Coursework or certifications in ML, NLP, LLMs, multimodal foundation models, and generative AI techniques.
- Innovative prompt design skills to develop advanced prompts.
- Understanding of GenAI trends and ability to prioritize and apply them.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and software architectures to achieve outlined goals.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for data dictionaries, models, and code.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
Base compensation range: $180,000 - $240,000.
Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
