Lead Data Scientist

Job Description

Should have at least 12+ years of IT experience in Data and analytics.

• At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI model development.
• Developing expertise in Generative AI; experience with generative models and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming; write robust code in Python (preferred) or another language.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), zero-shot (ZSL), multishot prompting, other prompt engineering approaches, common AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), GIT, Docker and vector databases.

• Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS Sage Maker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) and APIs.
• Proficiency in using and configuring Linux systems.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Coursework or certifications in ML, NLP, LLMs, multimodal foundation models, and generative AI techniques.
• Innovative prompt design skills to develop advanced prompts.
• Understanding of GenAI trends and ability to prioritize and apply them.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and software architectures to achieve outlined goals.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for data dictionaries, models, and code.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.

Base compensation range: $180,000 - $240,000.

Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
