• Drive major product and engineering initiatives.
• Build large‑scale, low‑latency distributed systems.
• Develop ML infrastructure and LLM‑based AI workflows.
• Partner with our science team to implement LLM models in production.
• Contribute to LLMOps.
• Design, build, and operate customer‑facing functionality impacting hundreds of millions of shoppers worldwide.

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: ML compilers, production coding agents, GenAI model architecture, model training, neural network optimization, or applied math.

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
