Job Overview

Amazon Game Lift Streams is an AWS capability that enables game developers and publishers to stream interactive 3D games and experiences to their players around the world. As the gaming industry moves beyond traditional download‑and‑play models, customers increasingly seek cloud‑streaming solutions for a click‑to‑play experience on any device. Modern game distribution requires the ability to stream high‑fidelity interactive experiences with low latency for full game streaming, instant demos, or interactive ads.

We are looking for a Sr PMT‑ES who is passionate about solving challenges in game streaming. In this role, you will help address fundamental challenges customers face when delivering streaming experiences at scale: achieving consistent low latency across global regions, managing streaming costs, scaling infrastructure, integrating streaming capabilities without extensive code changes, maintaining high streaming quality across diverse network conditions, and providing sufficient observability to understand end‑user streaming quality.

• Identify and prioritize product opportunities that create value for customers and scale globally.

• Own the product vision and roadmap, delivering a product from conception through design, engineering, and Go to Market.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations to ensure solutions meet performance, cost, and quality objectives.

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related).
• Experience taking a product from conception and definition through engineering design to market launch.
• Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS or LAAS products, responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM.

• Experience working on streaming services, preferably in the gaming space.

The base salary range for this position is USD  –  annually (location: USA, WA, Seattle).
