Continue contributing to F5 Distributed Cloud (F5XC) and its upcoming new projects. Build and maintain high‑availability, reliability & high‑performance microservices that enforce L7 policy enforcement, authorization, and rate‑limiting. Contribute to features that are deployed into 100+ Customer Edge Sites across AWS, GCP & Azure, enabling customers to build globally distributed, cross‑cloud application architectures that leverage software‑defined networking through a simple set of REST APIs.

Apply hands‑on knowledge of global intricate computer network architecture to create Customer Edge Sites, load balancers, and deploy to the Customer Edges or Regional edges. Deliver new software features and capabilities. Utilize CI/CD pipelines to deploy and validate code changes across global Regional and Customer Edges. Conduct technical interviews for full‑time engineers for the control‑plane team. Assist in resolving customer issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and creating patch fixes.

Upgrade dependencies, libraries, security patches, and features for each release. Mentor new engineers and engineering interns. Telecommuting is an option; some travel to F5 offices may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or a closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in a related field.
