Tech Deploy System Integration team builds software for our internal customers. Software tools for Tech Deployment teams that use new innovative technologies and ML. Our intention is to reduce cognitive load on the deployment teams while simplifying the advanced technology commissioning process.

We are looking for Software Development Engineers who are results‑oriented, data driven, innovative, and passionate about creating new comprehensive customer engagement services and solutions. You’ll work on cool technologies such as Graph

QL, Java, Spring, AWS, and more to build the world’s most innovative customer experience solutions.

As a Software Development Engineer on this team, you will collaborate with other experienced and senior software engineers to drive improvements to our technology, design and develop new customer‑facing products and interfaces, and build and track metrics to ensure high‑quality results. Your solutions will provide the ultimate customer service experience needed to anticipate and resolve customer questions using our tools. You should enjoy working on complex system software, be customer‑centric, and feel strongly about building a software system that can be operated at global scale.

    You will be instrumental in transforming business needs into impactful software solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders to integrate their requirements seamlessly. Leading full‑stack development, you’ll work on both front‑end applications and back‑end services, addressing complex challenges and driving cross‑team initiatives. Your role will be crucial in advancing our execution platform and enhancing the customer experience, with a primary focus on front‑end development and contributions to back‑end development, including building essential APIs and features.

    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
    • 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
    • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
    • 1+ years of designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
    • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
