Software Engineer, Corporate Information Systems - USDS

Responsibilities

• Corporate Information Systems team serves as the integrated digital core of our organization, unifying complex business processes—from finance to supply chain—into a single, real-time data source. In this role, you will leverage this large-scale software infrastructure to eliminate data silos, streamline cross-departmental workflows, and drive high-level operational efficiency across the global enterprise.
• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the large-scale software solutions that power our core business operations. You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be building the digital backbone of our company—ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration across complex distributed systems.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain high-performance APIs (REST, Graph
  
  QL) and middleware to connect disparate internal and third-party systems.
• Optimize complex SQL/No
  
  SQL queries and manage data persistence layers for high-volume transactional data.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement caching strategies, load balancing, and asynchronous processing to ensure system reliability.
• Assist in the strategic migration of monolithic legacy systems toward microservices or cloud-native architectures.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.
• Programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, C# or Go.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Good understanding of every aspect of microservice architecture, and hands on experience in troubleshooting in large scale distributed systems.
• Experience in building solutions with AWS, Google, Azure and other cloud services is a plus.
• Passionate, self-motivated and good teamwork skills.
