As a Senior Software Engineer (Quantum Control), you’ll lead the design and implementation of software to manage and optimize the operation of our quantum hardware systems. You’ll collaborate with research and engineering teams to ensure precise control and integration, contributing to our groundbreaking approach to quantum computing. • Lead the development of software solutions to control and optimize quantum system operations.
• Design and implement control algorithms to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Provide technical expertise in quantum control software, contributing to patentable innovations and licensing strategies.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Quantum Computing, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
• Proven expertise in developing control software for complex systems, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their practical applications.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams and a track record of delivering innovative software solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  Familiarity with quantum control frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or photonic/trapped‑ion technologies.
• Knowledge of aerospace applications or quantum simulations for scientific discovery.
