As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing key components of new finance systems. Your work will involve designing and implementing solutions using AI builder tools, AWS, and serverless infrastructure, all while ensuring high code quality. You will contribute to a completely new platform for finance reporting that combines the automation of manual processes with advanced AI capabilities.

Your collaboration with a team of senior developers will involve delivering robust front‑end and back‑end solutions using GenAI‑assisted development tools. You will actively participate in optimizing code and building robust test infrastructures.

Your initial focus will primarily be the delivery of our strategic platform for Finance Reporting. Collaborating with other engineers, you will help execute the technology vision while setting high standards for software quality. You will work across the entire technology stack, emphasizing server‑side and UI applications, as well as utilizing AI to enhance user value.

As you progress, you will have opportunities to shape designs and long‑term solutions for multiple applications, including those powered by AI. Collaborating with product and tech teams, you will contribute to a cohesive vision across various teams within the organization.

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on building innovative solutions. You will assess and implement new technologies to tackle automation challenges in the demanding Finance Reporting domain. Your work will involve various core languages, microservices, and technologies, including Java, Typescript, Python, DynamoDB, Serverless RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and other AWS services.

We are looking for a talented engineer who is capable of managing domain complexity, clarifying requirements independently, prototyping effectively, and delivering results quickly while maintaining our high quality standards.

The Finance Transformation team is an expanding group committed to developing high‑quality software solutions within the Finance Reporting space. Our aim is to earn and maintain user trust by automating and enhancing accuracy in our domain.

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability
• Proficient in at least one programming language

• 3+ years of experience covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Compensation for this role is projected to be between $143,700 and $194,400 annually, based on factors such as experience and location.
