About the Role

The Client Sales Support team is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer IV to help build and enhance internal sales workflow tools. This role involves developing lightweight front-end and back-end systems that support sales teams and operations users. The applications are expected to initially support 500 users with future scalability. This is a highly hands‑on engineering role focused on full‑stack development, system design, testing and long‑term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain internal web‑based tools and applications
Build front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and Java Script
Develop backend services and automation using Python
Work extensively with SQL databases and data management
Develop and support cloud‑based applications in AWS
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and optimisation efforts
Ensure scalability, maintainability and high coding standards
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment

Required

Skills & Qualifications

6‑7 years of software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Strong full‑stack development experience
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and AWS services and cloud development
Experience building applications/tools end‑to‑end
Strong debugging, testing and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong database development experience
Experience with data visualization tools or dashboards
AWS Certification is a plus
