The Dev Ops Engineering Intern will join the PTE team and work closely with key mentors to develop a Dev Ops software release pipeline. This role focuses on creating automated processes for building, testing, and deploying software.
Responsibilities- Help automate steps in the development process, including building, testing, and deploying software
- Work with version control systems to manage and track code changes
- Learn and use Dev Ops tools and platforms under guidance from the team
- Document solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand format
- Present the completed pipeline and explain how it works

This Summer Internship Cohort begins June 15 and ends September 4 (start date is firm; end date is flexible). All internship positions report on a hybrid basis to the Seattle office.
Qualifications- Current BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of relevant coursework experience
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD, or automation concepts - Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or container technologies is a plus
