Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, testing, and operations of our platform. Our managers deliver results while simultaneously investing in each team member's career and working skill set. Video domain-specific skills can be learned on the job. Our managers stay involved in our technology, employ clear and concise communication, maintain high standards, and infuse our teams with energy and desire to achieve customer-focused results.

He or she will be expected to apply a mix of creativity, rigor, and pragmatics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Excellent analytical skills
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Expert knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, C, or C++

Required skills:

• Strong background in C#/C++/Java, and SQL.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to new development environments and changing business requirements, learn new systems, gain new skills, create reliable & maintainable code, and find creative, scalable solutions to often difficult problems.
