The Disney Growth, Commerce, and Identity Experience organization powers the foundational user experiences across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and other Walt Disney Company business units. These experiences are built on a shared identity platform that enables secure, seamless authentication, registration, and account management for hundreds of millions of users globally.

The Identity Client Experience team owns and evolves the critical web-based identity surfaces that serve as the front door to Disney's streaming ecosystem — including login, registration, account management, profile management, and identity verification flows. These systems are essential to enabling secure access, supporting commerce and marketing initiatives, and delivering trusted, scalable user experiences.

We are seeking a Product Software Engineer II with deep web expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and highly reliable client experiences. In this role, you will design and develop core identity experiences used across Disney's streaming platforms, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape the future of identity on the web.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance identity experiences including login, registration, account management, and profile flows across Disney's web platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the development and delivery of complex features spanning multiple systems and teams, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while enforcing engineering best practices, including automated testing and code reviews.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, supporting team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
• Drive improvements in engineering standards, tooling, architecture, and development processes to enhance team productivity and system quality.
