Full Stack Engineer

This role supports full‑stack engineering across Katana's backend services and the Mission Control UI. The Katana team owns over ten core services and components within the Mission Control ecosystem, including campaign‑manager, campaign‑searcher, targeting‑manager, campaign‑GraphQL, and the Mission Control React UI.

• Developing and maintaining Java/Spring Boot backend services that power campaign trafficking, search, and targeting workflows.
• Working in the Mission Control React/Type Script UI when initiative scope requires front‑end changes.
• Implementing API integrations across services (REST, GraphQL, Kinesis event streams).
• Supporting platform modernization work including shared library decoupling, CI/CD pipeline adoption, and service independence.
• Participating in cross‑service design, code review, and operational support.
• Supporting planned and in‑flight initiatives with material engineering scope:
  • VSM: MC Operational Automation (TRP‑7825) – backend work powering Mission Control UI improvements that reduce manual effort for ad trafficking teams. The current deliverable (Trafficking Filters) spans 7 epics and 15 stories requiring changes across campaign‑searcher, campaign‑GraphQL, and the MC React UI.
  • VSM:
    Mission Control Improvements – engineering‑driven platform modernization including event infrastructure modernization, GraphQL migration, CI/CD pipeline adoption, and disaster recovery strategy.
  • Ongoing platform maintenance, bug fixes, and operational support across Katana‑owned services.
