Pay Range: $52 - $58.68 per Hour on W2

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join a team focused on modernizing demand planning systems. This role involves developing and enhancing front‑end applications and APIs within an AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JavaScript frameworks and cloud services.

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and related technologies.
• Build and integrate robust APIs to support system functionality.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of micro front‑end architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.

• Expert-level proficiency in Java or Python, with extensive experience in API design, development and integration.
• Hands‑on expertise in AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks, with a strong emphasis on LLM evaluation, including measuring model performance, response quality, accuracy, safety, robustness and alignment across a wide range of use cases.
• Strong understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in building scalable, interoperable AI systems.

Experience in supply chain or demand planning is beneficial for this role.
