Our R&D team is looking for exceptional senior software engineers to lead full‑stack, AI‑assisted development in a fast‑paced product environment. This role focuses on building end‑to‑end features, accelerating the SDLC with AI tools, and setting technical standards for a small elite team.

• Build end‑to‑end features across a Node.js/Type Script or Go backend and a React + Type Script frontend, from architecture to production.
• Lead with AI‑assisted development by leveraging tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex as first‑class instruments.
• Accelerate the SDLC by designing and implementing AI‑augmented workflows that reduce cycle times and improve code quality.
• Set the bar for the team by contributing technical standards, code review culture, and best practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines with product, design, and fellow engineers.
• Own your work by taking full ownership of features from concept to deployment.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full‑stack fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Type Script/Node.js or Go on the backend and React + Type Script on the frontend.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping production software in collaborative, fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on, professional experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating with autonomy in evolving, fast‑moving environments.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Background in AI/ML‑adjacent product development or platform engineering.
