Senior Engineer

Position Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of the engineering team, collaborating across the organization to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions to complex problems. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, leveraging automation, and ensuring efficient data management. In a fast‑paced, dynamic environment you will plan, prioritize, and execute large‑scale projects while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Design and develop scalable, resilient distributed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Conduct design sessions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate engineering quality and share best practices.
• Create reusable application components and patterns to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop full‑stack applications using ReactJS (Redux/ Hooks) and .NET or Java back‑end frameworks, with efficient data management in SQL and No

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless system communication.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline development and deployment.
• Publish and maintain documentation for design references, workflows, and runbooks.
• Provide support for critical systems, including 24x7 on‑call support when necessary.

• Professional software development experience in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong front‑end development skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS with Redux or Hooks.
• Experience building backend services using Java, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and No
  
  SQL databases, including JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Experience designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and full‑stack applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with open‑source frameworks, tools, and modern engineering practices.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, or Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks.
• Experience with SQL and No
  
  SQL databases, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with Python, Golang, Power Shell, or similar programming and scripting languages is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.
