Responsibilities

Lead systems architecture within Enterprise Connectivity Practice, building scalable and robust applications and driving innovative end-to-end engineering solutions.
Drive product architecture and product engineering roadmap.
Troubleshoot, identify and fix issues in Kafka or RabbitMQ clusters.
Assist developers in troubleshooting development-related issues.
In‑depth knowledge of Kafka topics, RabbitMQ partitions, producers and consumers.
Experience in performance tuning Kafka or RabbitMQ clusters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of hands‑on experience building software solutions in an enterprise environment using Java/JEE.
Minimum 1 year of experience with RabbitMQ, including messaging design, cluster setup, exchanges, failover, performance testing, and producer/consumer implementation.
Strong experience troubleshooting RabbitMQ performance bottlenecks.
Hands‑on experience with Spring and related projects.
Experience with OAuth2, UI, and Microservices is a plus.
