Annual Bonus.
This role is with a lean HFT firm in NYC, with a distributed global presence as well, developing a new, modernized trading platform for use in the cash equities and futures trading.
Responsibilities- Management of development team.
- Ownership of roadmap/architecture for the new system and its integration with legacy technology, as well as daily hands-on code contribution.
Extensive previous experience in the HFT/latency-sensitive trading space and C++ is required. Previous management/mentorship experience is a plus but not required—the technical skillset is the most important.
