What you'll do

Our Software and Services team is dedicated to developing robust, scalable, and high‑quality software that drives Walmart/VIZIO's digital transformation. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside skilled engineers to deliver solutions that align with our company's strategic goals and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions adhering to coding standards.
  • Test code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Monitor and fix bugs in a timely manner.
  • Recommend improvements to the shared codebase.
  • Document complex software components and add code comments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong development experience in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in .Net and C#, with strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming.
  • Experience working with databases like MongoDB or No

    SQL.
  • Skilled in building microservices and working with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune software code.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area.

Option 2: 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
