Software Engineer

This Software Engineer will be joining our MWAP TEAM.

• JavaScript (client side and SSR) expertise
• Node.js (tooling, package management)
• Next.js experience
• Monorepos (we use Rush, but Lerna, Turborepo are similar)
• Experience with application observability (telemetry, observability - Data Dog, Sentry, Splunk), system-level design and Webpack
• AWS Cloud experience
• Experience with automation testing JavaScript applications from Unit to E2E

• Experience with modular micro frontends with technologies like Module Federation, Webpack 5
• Enterprise experience with large teams performing Micro Frontend migrations and upgrades
• Modularization of the frontend
• Infrastructure to support scale of frontends
• Building for reuse in frontend utilities
• Modular pipelines for the frontend
• App shell
• Centrally hosted app shell
• Experience on platform, application teams
• CI/CD experience and familiarity with IaC and Proxy servers (Terraform, Gitlab)
• Experience with CDNs / caching / security / routing rules / etc
• Passion for and experience with technical diagramming and documentation
• Peers to this role are active in the open source community and on Twitter/Medium, would be great if this candidate was too, or was beginning to flex that muscle
