This role will be approximately 60% Salesforce development, 30% Salesforce administration and platform support, and 10% cross-cutting team support as needed. The Salesforce Developer will design and build custom solutions, improve the existing platform, and serve as the organization’s primary internal Salesforce subject matter expert, and be a liaison to the team’s day-to-day essential functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with a small internal team, non-technical business stakeholders, and an external Salesforce development partner. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative, and often ambiguous environment, creating structure, establishing best practices, and advising the organization on how to better use Salesforce over time.
