- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience in application development in one or more platforms/areas (e.g., web, iOS, Android, Comp Des, XR).
- 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
- 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
- Experience working with Anti Gravity or Claude Code.

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In a fast-paced environment, you will use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to: create prototypes that define product experiences; launch innovative features; build tools to accelerate UX teams; and bridge design and engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
The Search Ads and Ads on Google Experiences (SAGE) UX Research team is working to redefine the future of Google Search, with the goal of driving engagement and delivering high quality search results in the open internet through safe and sustainable monetization. We design tools, experiences, and workflows that elevate the consumer perspective of Google Ads and our search results. We develop mission critical methods and tools that drive industry leading research at scale.
Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to You Tube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.
We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
- Build technical solutions to unblock and advance the efforts of UXDs, UXRs, PM and SWE partners in Search Ads to de-risk innovative new ideas and solutions.
- Develop high-fidelity, interactive experiences using the latest AI enabled tools.
Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
