Cobot in Seattle, WA is seeking a Robot Data Collection Lead to manage a 16–20 person data-collection team across two shifts (8:00–16:00 and 16:00–23:00). You will hire, coach, and set goals, collaborating with our AI Research team to produce robot manipulation data at volume and quality.
This onsite role requires building protocols, SOPs, and measurements, reporting risks to engineering leadership, and ensuring safety and productivity in a fast-paced startup environment.
