Job Title: CDL Driver P Endorsement

Location: Seattle, WA (Multiple Openings: Redmond, Everett, Greater Seattle Area)

Pay: $27.75 - $35.75 / hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement to join a fast-growing transportation team serving corporate clients throughout the Puget Sound region. This role includes consistent routes, high-quality vehicles, and a company culture centered on community, safety, and excellence.

• Safely operate a commercial passenger vehicle on designated routes
• Transport passengers in a courteous, professional manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow DOT regulations and company procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate driver logs and reports
• Report mechanical issues or delays immediately
• Support a safe and clean onboard environment for all passengers

• Active Class A, B or C CDL with Passenger Endorsement
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work assigned shifts and comply with company scheduling

• Previous experience in transit, shuttle, or charter operations
• Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
• Strong safety record and familiarity with vehicle inspections
