At Equipment Share, we’re hiring a Dispatcher at our rental facility in Seattle, WA. The role involves coordinating customer dispatch requests, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely equipment delivery.

Salary range: $19.50-30/hr factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours.

• Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers.
• Coordinate and initiate dispatch requests and changes with sales team and other departments.
• Coordinate and manage final dispatch responsibilities, scheduling drivers to pick up and deliver equipment.
• Monitor drivers' hours and scheduling for availability to cover delivery responsibilities.

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry.
• 1‑2 years general dispatch experience in construction or manufacturing (highly desired).
• Valid driver's license.

• High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
