• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety
• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• For certified drivers:
  Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
• For non-certified drivers:
  Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
