Key Responsibilities
- Lead team members while performing fueling/defueling services in a safe and efficient manner
- Drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft
- Train employees during on‑the‑job training and/or airline specific training or assign employees to work with an experienced agent
- Accurately account for fuel transactions
- Perform daily quality‑control checks on equipment
- Maintain equipment in a clean and functional condition
- Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel
- Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Defuel aircraft as directed
- Comply with attendance standards
- Assist aircraft fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure they perform their duties professionally, safely, and efficiently in accordance with company/carrier standards
- Prior aircraft fueling experience required
- Prior experience preferred, including possession of a commercial driver’s license or experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Pass pre‑employment color vision test
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
- Perform basic math calculations
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and obtain U.S. Customs seal
- Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays

The work environment includes exposure to outdoor environments, inclement weather, aviation‑related fumes, and noise. The position requires wearing safety equipment such as goggles, gloves, boots, respirator, hearing protection, and back support as needed. Tasks involve lifting, pulling, pushing, rotating, twisting, climbing high tanks, squatting, kneeling, and overhead arm movement; occasional handling of weights up to 70 pounds. Cleaning and chemical exposure may occur from routine and special assignments.
Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands for tools or controls, reaching, climbing, balancing, speaking, and hearing. Must open and close large 16‑inch product delivery pipelines quickly, requiring twisting, pulling, and significant exertion. Tasks include digging, shoveling (e.g., snow removal), and debris removal, involving lifting up to 25 pounds routinely and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
