Star *TRAINER* CDL-A Truck Driver

Job Overview

Western Express is seeking safe, seasoned Class-A truck drivers to join our roster of all-star trainers. The role allows you to show the new generation how it’s done and earn great money. You do not need prior training experience.

• Train new drivers using our proven system and safety training.
• Operate a dry van or flatbed truck on regional and OTR lanes, depending on location.
• Keep up-to-date on safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training and mileage.
• Participate in safety bonus and performance incentive programs.

• Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL).
• 21+ Years of Age.
• 3+ months verified CDL-A experience.
• 1‑3 months minimum Western Express tenure (subject to change without notice).
• Driver‑trainer eligibility subject to review and approval.

• Earn up to $130,000 per year; driver trainers can earn up to 70 CPM.
• New safety bonus qualifying drivers can take home up to $2,000 more each month.
• Unlimited $1,000 driver referral bonuses.
