Most drivers don't leave trucking because of the miles. They leave because the money never adds up the way they were told it would. This western regional dedicated position is structured differently. Predictable freight, assigned equipment, and a pay scale with automatic increases built in from day one. New graduates and experienced drivers both have a clear path here.

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Up to $0.65 CPM scaled to your verified experience
• Highest earners in this operation are at $1,800 per week
• 2,200 to 2,500 miles available weekly
• Automatic raise every 6 months, no request needed
• Extra stop pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay included

Accredited CDL school graduate with 120 or more verified training hours? Here is what your first few months look like:

• Dedicated one-on-one trainer for 4 to 6 weeks before you solo
• Full pay guaranteed throughout the entire mentorship period
• Transition to $0.56 CPM immediately when training wraps
• Zero prior commercial experience required beyond your graduation

• Dedicated lanes covering 11 western states
• Day and night dispatch depending on route assignment
• 100% no-touch, 60% drop and hook, 40% live load
• Structured home time every two weeks, schedule set in advance
• Assigned 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth, same truck consistently

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage, active after 30 days

• Valid CDL-A, 21 years of age or older
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience or accredited CDL graduate with 120 or more verified training hours
• Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screening
• No at-fault accidents or major violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI within the past 5 years
• Employment gaps no more than 6 months in the past year, 12 months over the past 3 years
