Flatbed CDL-A OTR Driver

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western United States. Drivers will transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Pay ranges from $1,171.40 to $2,106.07 per week, annual equivalent $60,912.97–$ depending on experience and routes. Additional compensation includes tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

• Route: OTR (over the road)
• Home time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off (varies by division; this role is for Division 200)
• Terminal:
  Spokane, WA (but routes may vary)

• Paid time off: 80 hours for 1–9 years, 120 hours for 10+ years

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years)
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience (1 year preferred)
• Background check, clean drug test, and clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform (required for flatbed drivers)

• Trucks equipped with lane departure, collision warning, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication
• 24‑7 road service and shops
• Driver portal app provides real‑time updates, pay, trip data, and PTO info
