Flatbed Class A CDL OTR Driver

Salary: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week ($60,912.97 – $ per year)
System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and over-the-road (OTR) routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
Responsibilities- Transport goods and materials according to schedule and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Uphold customer service standards and safety protocols.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- 4+ months of driving experience (preferred 1 year truck driving experience).
- Background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result required.
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
- Weekly pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week.
- Annual pay: $60,912.97 – $ per year.
- Accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay.
- Transition package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation).
- Medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program.
- Holidays, paid sick time (1 hour per 30 hours worked), 80–120 hours PTO based on years of service.
3 weeks out, then 3 days off. Home time varies by division; this opportunity is for Division 200.
Safety & Equipment- Newest flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure & forward collision warning, hard‑brake monitoring, satellite communication devices.
- 24/7/365 road service staff and shops.
- Driver portal app with real‑time updates, pay, trip data, PTO, notifications.
