Urgently hiring for recovery drivers. This full‑time position involves traveling 3‑4 weeks out and 3‑4 days at home, recovering equipment (tractors‑trailers) across 48 states. Drivers may experience downtime such as breakdowns or delays in loads occasionally. Occasional teamwork (5‑10% of time) may be required to reach a shop or secure a truck.

• Valid CDL‑A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Driving locations include the 48 lower states.

• 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays. Drivers generally operate on a 70‑hour work week, followed by a 34‑hour reset at home.
• Estimated: 1835 miles per week
• CPM, CPM Split for Teams
• Stop pay
• Detention pay
• Layover pay
• Drivers operate new, well‑maintained sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, hauling both dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Drivers must be able to obtain rental cars and be willing to fly frequently. When a rental car is needed, the driver is responsible for fuel and will be reimbursed.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must have a cell phone that can take pictures of trucks and send pictures in an email to the Fleet Manager

Pay Scale

• Average Annualized 1+ year: $1217.00
• Top 10% Annualized 1+ year: $1401.00
