Lead Mechanic – Overhaul, Maintenance and Repair Specialist

• Overhaul, maintain and repair airframe components, powerplants, aircraft communication equipment and associated parts in accordance with company and manufacturer manuals, policies, procedures, bulletins and orders.
• Monitor and guide staff on tasks, company processes and procedures; sign for work completed and coordinate buy‑back for activities performed by team members.
• Continuously inspect for defective, worn or failed parts and ensure safe working conditions at all times.
• Oversee station housekeeping duties and ensure that assigned personnel maintain proper work area standards and protect company property.
• Execute all tasks directed by a Supervisor or higher management.
• When exercising authority under the RII provisions of this manual, report directly to the Director of Quality Control.
• Attend all training classes assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a DOT/FAA pre‑employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check.
• Experience with Boeing 757/767 aircraft.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to stand, bend, reach and sit for extended periods; compliance with ATI attendance requirements.
• Knowledge of Parts 121, 125 and 145 operations; heavy‑transport category aircraft experience preferred.
• Airframe and Powerplant license (FAR 121.378a).
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.

• Compliance with ATI attendance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work at heights up to 80 feet.
• Ability to work from ladders up to 10 feet.
• Capability to climb up to three flights of stairs.
