Ramp Service Agent

• Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft.
• Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders and tugs to pick-up and deliver baggage and cargo between the terminal and aircraft.
• Perform ground service functions, such as connecting/removing ground power and ground start units and water service.
• Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide man functions.
• Maintain a secure work environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
• Fluently read, write, and speak the English language.

Demonstrates proficiency in aircraft ground handling, including baggage and cargo management, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and airport security regulations. Possesses strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and flight crews.
