Salary Range: $37.00 - $37.00 HourlyCDL Driver – Sanitation

• Safely operate commercial sanitation vehicles (garbage trucks, roll-off trucks, and similar equipment)
• Collect and transport waste, recyclables, and other materials along designated routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe working condition
• Secure and handle loads properly to ensure safe transport and disposal
  
  Follow all DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of routes, loads, and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with general labor tasks when needed and help maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating heavy commercial vehicles (waste industry experience a plus)
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Dependability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements

• Outdoor, fast-paced setting with exposure to weather, traffic, noise, and heavy equipment
• Highly collaborative team environment requiring consistent communication and adherence to safety rules

• Typically Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work based on operational needs
