Fleet Associate

The Fleet Operations Associate works throughout the city to keep vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members.

This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed.

Associates travel between locations by foot, bike, public transit, or company vehicle.

Playing a key role in the member experience by ensuring vehicles are ready when members need them. Representing the company throughout the community while working across different locations in the city.

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit, and kneel; and frequently enter, exit, and drive vehicles
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
