Warehouse Operative

GR Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Washington, NE37 1PR
, for a well-established organization, where they will unload parcels from heavy goods vehicles and safely move and park vehicles.

The Warehouse loader position may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of physical fitness. Must hold a valid driving licence.

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Monday to Friday 3 PM to 9 PM

£12.21 per hour (rising to £12.29 after 12 weeks)

£12.21 per hour (rising to £18.90 after 12 weeks)

• Drive company vans as required, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles safely.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete tasks efficiently and reliably, maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling stock safely.

• Must hold a valid driving licence and be confident in driving vans, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a warehouse team.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work safely with others.
• Fast, efficient, and reliable approach to warehouse tasks.
• A good level of physical fitness is required due to manual handling and physical work.
