In this role, you will perform critical inventory control functions to support distribution center operations and interact with Oracle EBS to enter and track orders, resolve discrepancies, and support timely and accurate fulfilment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Responsibilities- Performs daily inventory counts and reconciliations in reserve stock locations, following approved guidelines and processes for cycle count completion.
- Investigates and corrects discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System; tracks errors, identifies discrepancies, and performs root cause analysis for continual improvement initiatives. Supports customer satisfaction with orders and in-full order fulfillment by ensuring inventory accuracy. Provides feedback on errors found to fellow partners and escalates issues as appropriate.
- Primary support of day-to-day shipping and receiving operations. Troubleshoots inbound and outbound discrepancies, performs new item setup and slotting, identifies and corrects lot rotation exceptions, and resolves wave planning issues.
- Supports brand quality by maintaining correct inventory availability status on items identified as quality issues or shelf-life issues.
- Order Picker PIT operation.
- May enter orders into computer system, review invoices for accuracy and approval, and provide telephone support for customers.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow written policies, procedures, specifications, and safety standards
- Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach and openness to feedback
- Problem-solving skills to identify operational opportunities and recommend practical solutions
- Certification eligibility and capability to safely operate pallet jacks and double jacks (end-rider or center-rider)
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse warehouse team environment
- Consistent adherence to safety, quality, and sanitation standards, policies, and procedures
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, pushing/pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Knowledge of order processing and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
