Lead Order Fulfillment Excellence at Sodexo InReach — Order Fulfillment Supervisor
Sodexo InReach is looking for a motivated Order Fulfillment Supervisor in Seattle, WA to serve as the critical link between our customer service team and warehouse operations. In this onsite role, you will own the fulfillment process end-to-end, ensuring every client order is filled at the highest possible rate. What You’ll Do- Oversee the fulfillment of all client orders placed by the customer service team, targeting a 100% fill rate
- Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm in‑house availability; source acceptable alternatives when needed
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between customer service and warehouse functions
- Resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment gaps quickly and professionally
- Validate incoming deliveries and ensure accurate inventory alignment
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly

What You Bring- Order Fulfillment Supervisor or related experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills; comfortable managing escalations
- Ability to work onsite during fulfillment hours (7a‑3p or 8a‑4p shift)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience coordinating across operational teams such as warehouse, logistics, or customer service
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
