Picker - Day Shift

Job Summary

The Picker position is highly repetitive, requiring accurate and timely picking of parts. The individual must visually inspect components for quality defects, count correct amounts, complete documentation, and read part numbers and location IDs from computer screens. Close collaboration with coworkers and supervisors is essential, along with adherence to company policies on safety, anti‑harassment, anti‑discrimination, and time‑keeping.

• Pick parts correctly in a warehouse environment.
• Use the computer system to read pick lists and identify locations.
• Identify nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and other components by part number.
• Complete picking tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Meet time standards for each picking task.
• Use the computer to log entries.

• 0–1 year of warehousing or picking experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and stand for 4–8 hours per day.
• Occasional lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Trustworthy, autonomous team player; self‑motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or hand trucks to move materials.

• Sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, twisting/turning, handling, grasping, reaching overhead, reaching outward.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs and carrying up to 40 lbs.

$21.30 – $23.50 per hour.
