Who We’re Looking For
You’re a dependable team player with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized. With at least two years of warehouse experience , you’re skilled at pulling stock, conducting inventory counts, and operating forklifts (certification a plus!). You’re proactive, excel at reading work instructions, and bring excellent verbal skills to interact with internal and external customers. If you’re ready to support field operations with reliability, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for safety, you’re the hands-on contributor we need.

What You’ll Do
As our Warehouse Technician, you’ll ensure tools, equipment, and materials flow seamlessly to support our job sites and service teams. This role is about organization, safety, and support .

Pay Range: $19 - $24 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible).

Here’s what you’ll tackle:

  • Inventory Management
    • Accurately pull stock from inventory based on pick tickets, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected for order fulfillment.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
    • Receive tools, equipment, and materials from job sites, verifying contents and updating records accordingly.
  • Logistics & Equipment Handling
    • Transfer tools and equipment to and from job sites and the Tool Shop using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    • Receive deliveries from third-party vendors, entering them into the warehouse inventory system.
    • Unload trucks using forklift operation and occasionally use hand and power tools to assemble light materials or equipment.
    • Regularly drive warehouse vehicles (pickup truck to 24’ flatbed) to job sites and vendors for deliveries and pickups.
  • Warehouse Maintenance & Safety
    • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and restacking materials.
    • Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
    • Adapt to additional duties as assigned, supporting broader business needs beyond the warehouse, including overtime as needed.
What You Bring
  • E x p e r i e n c e : 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or applicable internal JH Kelly experience; forklift certification preferred; familiarity with company equipment, materials, and ERP/inventory management systems.
  • S k i l l s : Ability to safely lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs. unassisted; strong attention to detail; excellent verbal skills for effective customer interaction; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • M i n d s e t : Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive, with a passion for supporting field operations efficiently.
  • E d u c a t i o n : High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • R e q u i r e m e n t s : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass a DOT physical.
