Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (DOE), FLSA non‑exempt (overtime eligible).
- Sweeping and vacuuming of Fabrication Shop - daily
- Broken tool swap – delivery and return as needed
- Restocking Fab Shop consumables as needed
- Office workstation areas are kept stocked with printer‑copier paper supplies.
- Paper recycling bins around the facilities are emptied as needed
- Water cooler bottles are to be stocked around the facility. Empty bottles are collected for pickup and refilling by the vendor.
- Daily mail pick‑up from the Post Office
- A variety of miscellaneous tasks on an as‑needed basis, such as food/beverages pick up for meetings, moving of office furniture, and other miscellaneous requests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in warehouse or shop operations. Preferred:
Forklift Certification. Understanding of the company and OSHA safety rules and best practices. - Required Skills:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player
- Detail‑oriented and organized approach to work
- Must be flexible and willing to adjust as the job dictates
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Physical requirements for this role require candidates to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. frequently. The position involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling. Employees need the stamina for repetitive tasks and the dexterity to safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. They must also be able to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.
Good hand‑eye coordination and sufficient physical strength are essential. Employees must adhere to a specific dress code, including sturdy, closed‑toe non‑slip shoes, comfortable but fitted clothing, and long pants for safety and efficiency.
