We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Warehouse Associate / Stand‑Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for safely operating stand‑up reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse while following all company policies and safety procedures.

• Operate stand‑up reach forklifts to move products, equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into storage racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and prepare them for outbound shipment.
• Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids and lifting devices.
• Use RF (Radio Frequency) scanning systems to select and record materials, weights, counts and product conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Monitor battery charge levels, clean and maintain batteries, and ensure equipment is placed at designated charging stations.
• Follow all OSHA, regulatory and company safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work with additional warehouse machinery and material handling equipment when necessary.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift required.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and work throughout scheduled shifts.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified.

• Pay: $27.50 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday 1:00 pm ‑ 9:30 pm & 5:00 am ‑ 1:00 pm.
