Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity south of Seattle, WA and Tacoma/Kent, WA area. This role is a strong fit for a versatile logistics professional who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inside sales support, and customer service within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
This position offers variety, ownership, and visibility in a small-team setting where communication, reliability, and follow-through are highly valued. The Warehouse Supervisor will help keep customer orders moving smoothly from quote to shipment while supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and warehouse organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable operation with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and the ability to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and daily business performance. Candidates should also be aware that future facility options are being evaluated, including a potential move to Oregon when the current lease expires in January 2027. No decision has been finalized, but long-term growth and relocation opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders from receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and complete documentation.
- Prepare customer quotes, follow up on pricing and availability, and support inside sales and account management activities.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and internal team members regarding orders, lead times, freight, and fulfillment status.
- Receive, inspect, organize, pick, pack, and ship inventory while maintaining accurate warehouse records and organization.
- Coordinate freight shipments, deliveries, inventory counts, stock management, and daily warehouse workflow.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting hands‑on operational needs.
- Pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
