Determine and develop appropriate sources of supply and maintain cooperative working relationships with suppliers to stay current with trends, products, and services;
Prepare and process purchasing orders, ensuring all required business documentation is obtained to validate order information;
Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and oversee proper distribution of products within the warehouse;
Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and inventory records, and initiate necessary adjustments or corrections;
Perform data entry and inventory control tasks using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
