Job Title: Warehouse Driver

We are looking for a Warehouse Driver to assist with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools. The role involves inspecting, labeling, and recording shipments, fulfilling orders, and ensuring parts, materials, and tools are delivered to job sites.

• Collaborate with Warehouse Associate to inspect, label and record incoming shipments.
• Complete requested orders and record outgoing materials.
• Own organizational aspects of the warehouse.
• Operate forklift, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Drive and load flatbed, lift gate truck.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; assist with yearly physical inventory counts.

• Valid driver’s license with driving experience.
• Forklift certification and general forklift experience.
• Experience in warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver (1+ year).
• High school diploma preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to receive instructions from various individuals.
• Comfortable with driving, loading, and securing load on large flatbed, lift gate truck.
• Preferred familiarity with area between Olympia and Everett.
• Required PPE: safety toe boots, non‑skid, high ankle boots; other PPE provided.

Annual Base Pay Range: $43,400 – $57,015.

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
